Sin in My Eyes

“Truly we can chose to sin, but what we can’t do is to choose to be sinless. From our little while lie designed to spare someone’s feelings to the reality of Hitler’s ovens, sin is necessary
because we cannot return to God without overcoming it.”
The Anchorage

Sinless ? No one in this world can choose to be sinless. Only the angel can choose to be sinless. Sin is already in there, in our path of life, start from the day we breathe.

I do agree with the way The Anchorage thinking of how we should portray Sin. Especially since sin is never on the top of the list to “Heaven” in any religion terms.

But have we ever thought why we have the luxurious to choose sin ? For sure, I don’t realize the luxurious of those choices until I read The Anchorage post.

Sin is one of the precious gifts from Heaven, so we would be able to know ourselves, to know others and most importantly to know our Creator.

Can we prevent ourselves from sin ? I doubt it.

I’ve tried hard to go through every single day of my life for the past 3 days, and I found out that the hardest I tried the more sin come to my way. For the past 3 days what I’ve done was choose the sin.

And Just because of that sin, I’ve got the understanding of life, of believing and of love. Through those understanding, I met with my Creator.

Thank you for the guestbook and blogroll add. I have your URL on my blog as well.

The matter of sin is probably one of the most confusing, maybe right after the problem of suffering. In both cases we can only wonder and accept God's plan for us. It's hard to take now, but in the next life our pain here will not be a factor. Blessings . . .

Yes we can prevent sins by practising not to make the same sins/mistakes over and over again.. Yes we can minimize our sins by being real to ourselves, not acting to ourselves and accepting the facts, understand them, study them and bring them into our daily life. Is it gonna make us 100% perfect or innocent as the children?? Absolutely not.. we can no way be 100% perfect or holy or sinless. Thats why in Arabic, Hebrew or Aramic we r called "Insun" which means "The one is created to forget". So we r always gonna be short of something and we always have to ask god to fill up the missing bits in our life... U r a very good writer, Please Take Care.

You don't need anybody or anything to tell you what would fall under the category of 'sin'. Just use your common sense, if what you're doing is going to result to somebody else's pain, such as killing or hurting, of course it's not good, a sin.
Is it a sin to steal your neighbor's TV? Well of course. Common sense.
Is it a sin not to face a certain direction and recite stuff in a foreign language five times a day? Well, does it hurt anybody else? No? Then it's not a sin to me.
I know everybody thinks differently and believe (or not believe) differently.
We all have the right.
I'm happy to see somebody wants to do something good in her life by avoiding sin.
More people should be doing that too, not only because the fear of not going somewhere special, but because it's right.

"The sins ye do by two and two ye must pay for one by one."
Anchorage - Accordingtod : Sin is confusing one, especially since everybody has their own standard of Sin. There's SIN as the human race standard but how do we standardize the non human race standard ?

And yes, you're right, the purpose of avoiding SIN should be start from "the right" terms.

Net_bug : Thank you for visiting my blog and sharing the "insun" meaning. It's interesting to know the meaning of "Insun" and the relation with SIN.

Mei, Boy, Wiwin, Devi, Hapi : And since all of us are a sinner, then it's good to reflect our selves of "choosing the sin".

Bala Krishnan - Surjit : Yes, we have to pay what we've done, not when we died, but here, in this world
